ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIESIncluding but not limited to:
-To be responsible for receiving & transferring phone calls of the front desk
-To deal with visitors and guests’ e
-mail and arrange relevant schedules internally
-To receive visitors to the factory
-To arrange employees & customers’ traveling issues such as flight, hotel, etc.
-To administer, co
-ordinate and manage all incoming and outgoing mails, newspaper and cargos
-To administer and manage the reservation of meeting room, provide weekly meeting room reservation and using report.
-To perform other duties as assignedJOB REQUIREMENTS•Good service attitude with team spirit； •Efficient and flexible； •Strong communicational skills； •Computer literate, can operate Office tools proficiently； •Fluent in English speaking, reading and writing (TEM
-8 certificate holder is ideal)； •Fresh graduates majored in English are welcome but experience in comparable position is preferred.
