Major Job Responsibilities:Purchasing Dept. window person to Customs, Carrier, Insurance, Transportation.Understand the PC&L process and requirement.Identify the best cost for PC&L ralated to purchasing process.Understand the country tax policy and provide information to buyers as required.Observe and analyze foreign currency change and policy.Work with PC&L and Mfg engineers to understand the package requirement of supply parts.Collect data of supplier delivery performance from PC&L and make report to SQ
E.Qualifications:Good expression skills and adept at presentation.Effective interpersonal skills to handle and resolve difficult situations.Strong analysis and reporting skills.Highly proficient with systems and software.Degree: Bachelors or Equivalent Exp. Required.Major: Business, engineering, or technical area.Preferred:Knowledge of sales, purchasing.Knowledge of purchasing practices and procedures.Knowledge of Delphi Products.Knowledge of customs policy, import/export policy.Knowledge of PC&L, Lean PC&L and Value Stream Map.Candidates who have experiences with these companies are preferred.
