Job Duties
- Update all related branches net rate tariff weekly.
- Keep the net tariff AFR internal use only, share with AFR managers.
- Monthly update the MSGT in DHLGF intranet (IIB).
- Analyze monthly regional/FICO report ( P&L/Density Report), make necessary adjustment and specification of MSGT.
- Handle all CN rate inquiry from overseas for Ad
-hoc shipment.
- Handle all the RFQ received
- According to customer information & service requirement, define pricing strategy.
- Choose suitable carrier & service, quote a competitive rate with reasonable profit added in.
- Compare with proper report and tool for RFQ review; make necessary rate/service adjustment.
- Closely work with RFQ analyst and give constructive suggestions in monthly RFQ report.
- Deliver to implementation team with all primal pricing ideas.Skills
- Strong organization and time management skills
- Good networking skills and personal judgment
- Requirement to communicate and manage in English and at least one other local language.
- Excellent Computer literacy, MS Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)Qualifications
- University degree holders
