-Responsibilities:
-General Civil CAD drafting (including mark
-ups, as builts)
-Work with the Discipline Engineers to Develop technical documents (including Scope of Works, Specifications).
-Checking of civil drawings and documents.
-Prepare estimates and quantities for documentation.
-Maintain and develop skills using CAD programs.
-Support Construction Engineers as required.Safety:
-Demonstrate a strong personal commitment to safety.
-Contribute to a “safety first” culture.
-Follows all Hatch and client safe systems of work both at site and in the office
-Actively behaves in a manner conducive with a safe culture
-Qualifications:
-Be a P. R.
C. National
-Possess a sound knowledge of the Mandarin and English languages both written and spoken.
-Possess qualifications in Civil Engineering.
-Possess experience with CAD drafting packages.
-Ability to read and understand civil documentation including drawings.
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
-Planning and organization skills.
-Good general computer literacy.
-Enthusiasm, confidence and determination.
-Attention to detail, and the ability to understand and implement complex changes to civil works.
-Flexible attitude to work skills.
-Good knowledge of Chinese codes and standards.
-Have the ability to work well within a team environment.
-Be proactive in work processes and have the ability to use own initiative.
-Special Conditions:
-Preparedness to travel to suit project needs, and as required the PDG Business Unit.
-Be willing to relocate to Shanghai.
