Summary of responsibility:To take and process orders from placement until final delivery , To provide required information to enhance smooth and effective flow of the ordersMain duties / Principal accountabilities:Order Management & Fulfillment Process follow up in company order processing system, including import & export orders, domestic orders, e.g. issue proforma invoice to the customer, ensure On Time Delivery, follow business rules, service guidelines, verify order price in system, coordinate the shipment with plant and forwarder;Responds customer inquiries, return requests and complaintsRelevant Reporting preparation;Requirements:Strong, confident and non
-confrontational negotiation skill with customers and good follow
-up skills. Strong service mindset. Strong inter
