Main Responsibilities:
- Deal with daily calls and visitors, arrange meeting room and relevant schedules.
- Handle in
-out mails, dispatches letters, magazines and newspapers.
- Book tickets and hotels.
- Assistant on other related office administration affairs. Requirements:
- College degree or above, related working experience in multinational companies is preferred.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Good at both written & oral English, familiar with PC operation.
