工作职责描述
1、开发符合公司要求的潜在合格供应商，熟悉供应链管理；对PCBA及塑胶件、金属件等有一定的供应渠道。
2、定期对供应商能力（技术支持、质量控制、生产制程、交货等）进行评估，建立并定期更新合格供应商资料。
3、能读懂零部件图纸并分析电子或机械零部件的规格，能够高效应付多样化客户，并准确理解客户的需求；支持市场部门及时有效处理RFQ，进行市场调研、成本分析，引进新客户、新项目。
4、为提高采购绩效、降低成本，配合产品工程师为各种零部件寻找多种不同采购渠道，并提供相关的规格书及样品进行承认。
5、将经承认过的合格料件及对应厂商信息输入系统，并及时更新，确保量产下订单信息准确无误。
6、高效完成所有小批量试产项目的采购，援助采购紧急料件，寻找现货供应商，按时完成客户的需求。
7、督促供应商按预估用量准备库存，缩短采购周期；针对生产过程中，出现的材料问题，及时找到合理的解决方案，确保项目如期完成。
8、协调解决客户、公司内部及供应商之间的任何争议，具有良好的团队合作精神。Job Responsibilities:Identify, assess, develop and select suppliers for designated electrical or mechanical commodities. Develop sources of supply in China to service bidding projects, ensuring that products are delivered with good quality, pricing, support, payment and on
-time delivery. Key functions include:
1.identify potential qualified suppliers,familiar with supplier chain management and have PCBA (electrical components or mechanical parts etc) suppliers channel.
2.assess supplier capability in technology/quality/process/delivery by periodic audit, set up and register new suppliers after negotiating best credit terms.
3.support marketing dept. with RFQ and costing, promptly & have technical & commercial knowledge of commodity requirements; handle multiple customers and priorities with minimal supervision under challenging conditions.
4.work with product engineering on getting alternative parts with better lead
-time, pricing and support approved, by proposing and providing all necessary specification and samples.
5.enter accurate vendor part information including correct manufacturing part number into system for purchasing to release orders for mass production.
6.procure all materials for start up projects, including expediting materials or spot buy to ensure on time support within a short lead
-time.
7.work with suppliers to keep buffer stock based on the forecast given,assist purchasing group to expedite or provide alternate source for problematic parts due to short lead
-time.
8.interface with suppliers on the requirements of Velox Resources China and end customers.
