-To coordinate general affairs in the division
-Provide any kind of support to the team and/or other GP office visitors
-Support the fillings and other paper works
-Key
-in data and verify the correction of HR database
-Take up any special assignmentRequirements:
-College degree holder
-Capability of communication in English & Mandarin; Cantonese is a plus
-Good computer skills in Microsoft Word, Excel & Outlook
-Patience, details oriented
-Good team player with strong team work spirit
-Willing to handle paperwork
