Position: Office Assistant and Assistant to the Director (one full-time position)
Location: Shanghai, China

Administrative Assistance

Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree
Outstanding academic record
Native Chinese language ability (excellent speaking and writing skills)
Fluent English (outstanding speaking and writing skills)
Highly organized
Strong time-management skills
Detail-oriented
Ability to work with little supervision
Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment
Strong work ethic
Preferred Qualifications:
Background or experience in accounting, international trade, law, engineering, or logistics
Proven project management skills and experience
Knowledge of Photoshop, Illustrator, and other graphic and web design tools
