Job Description

Channel Business Management Team is a bridge between NCR and resellers. The Channel territory sales of Self Services Solutions is responsible for developing business in defined territory, smoothing the communication between NCR & resellers and developing potential partners in self-service banking field.

The Channel Business Specialist of Self Services Solutions will report to PRC Channel Business Manager, work closely with partner managers and resellers to sell NCR ATM products to banking customers.

- Ensure the resellers to be acquainted with NCR’s policy and NCR ATM product release information.
- Monitor the resellers’ activities and report to the management team.
- Arrange training classes for resellers to familiar with NCR’s product and order process.
- Work closely with partner managers to smooth the process of the resellers’ ordering and delivering of goods from NCR.
- Review resellers’ performance and provide the relevant information to the management and the sales teams.
- Be acquainted with industry environment and develop potential partners in banking industry.

Qualification

1 University degree (preferably in finance or business administration).
2 Previous experience in sales or marketing positions is preferred.
3 Previous management experience is a plus
4 Knowledge and experience in banking industry is a plus
5 Communication, presentation, selling, negotiation, interpersonal skills and teamwork spirit are preferred.
6 Fluent in English is preferred.
