We are looking to employ a Purchasing & Logistic Assistant. We don’t mind how much work experience you have. What is most important is willing to learn and work hard. We will provide you on the job guidance!.

Job Requirement:

Purchasing:
1. Assist in making purchases from local and overseas suppliers. Contact suppliers, ask for quotation, make purchase orders and inform finance to make payment.
2. Coordinate for all deliveries from suppliers local and overseas (including arranging transportation)

Logistic:
1. Monitor the delivery time for customer purchase orders.
2.  Coordinate with production supervisor to prepare equipment for delivery according to customers purchase orders.
3. Arrange shipping company (sea freight or air freight)
4. Prepare shipping documents (packing lists, proforma invoice, certificates etc).
5. Coordinate with customers on shipment issues.

Please note my company has just started. Our business is providing technical services and supplying products to mainly overseas customers.  
Company Location is at Longdongdadao He Qing Town area.
