Job Description: 1. Participate in the design, development & application of selection tools, help to coordinate and follow up the project implementation to ensure that promised deliverables are ready within the time frame; 2. Provide support in the recruitment process improvement & policies update; 3. Support recruiters & business departments in the sourcing & pre-screening activities; 4. Participate in other talent acquisition projects & tasks when necessary
Job Requirements: 1. Second or third year of Master Degree student, major in Psychology, Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or other related management area. 2. Good command of verbal and written English. (CET 6 or above) 3. Excellent communication skills & coordination skills, good in team-working. 4. Willing to work under pressure, be creative, accountable, initiative 5. Able to work at least 4 days per week, the project duration maybe 6 months.
