Function: AftermarketReports to: Aftermarket Team LeaderResponsibilities:The Sales Desk is responsible for ensuring orders received are in adherence with agreed order policy. Sales Desk should be proactively supporting achievement of fill rates by being the linkage between Supply Chain and customers. He/she is the main interface for the day to day business conducted with customers to ensure the customer gets the necessary information in a dynamic and satisfying way. He/she is proactive & positive in attitude, is a diplomatic and friendly in nature.Main Tasks:
-To Coordinate order fulfilment, claims and service requests
-Updating of order book
-Order handling
-Interface with manufacturing and logistic
-Follow up deliveries internal and external
-Coordinate technical and commercial requests
