Responsibilities:
 Provision of statistical programming support for the review, reporting and transfer of clinical study or survey data;
 Provide programming support for analysis plans;
 Support the development of adequately documented programs for the:
・ Production of tables, listings & figures
・ Restructuring, review and integration of external data
・ Transfer of data according to customer specific requirements
・ Production of consistency checks and QC listings
・ Generation of randomisation schema

 Perform independent QC procedures;
 Maintain professional programming standards;
 Maintain & archive program documentation - both electronic & paper - in an appropriate manner;
 Awareness of current features & new developments in SAS;
 Development and maintenance of applications in Biostatistics department;
 Ensure project milestones are met to agreed timelines ;
 Maintain project files in a timely and appropriate manner;
 Facilitate the effective flow of information;
 Maintain administrative records (e.g. timesheets) as appropriate;
 Perform such duties as are reasonably requested by line management;

Qualifications:

 BSc or equivalent in related subject or computer science related area;
 Expert knowledge of SAS/BASE, STAT,GRAPH, SAS/macro and REPORT Proc, SAS/ODS and SQL desired;
 MS/Word, Excel, Excel-VBA, and Access desired;
 Experience of involvement in project level programming activities;
 Knowledge of clinical study, biostatistics while not required will be highly appreciated;
 Fluent in Mandarin, and basic reading and writing in English or Japanese will be appreciated.
