Key responsibilities:
•Assist HR team for handling day-to-day administration’s works
•Input and file the annul leave applications
•Input Non-confidential information as required
•Check, record and print incoming applications
•Pre-select the candidates
•Help to arrange interviews and forward the feedback to the candidates as required by the HR Executive
•Perform other assigned tasks, not specifically mentioned in the job description
Main Requirements:
•Bachelor or Master students with major of Administration/ Human Resource Management ect.
•A minimum of half year in the same position is a plus
•Good communication skill in both English and Chinese
•Knowledge of the main computer tools
•Knowledge of administrative methods (secretarial techniques)
•Hard-working & easy-going
•Good interpersonal skills, team-work oriented
