Title: Admin Assist & Receptionist
Dept.: Admin
Report to: Admin Manager
Location:南京西路梅龙镇
Main responsibilities:
- Greeting and receipting visitors with a pleasant manner. 礼貌接待来访者。
- Connect, transfer and screen in coming calls; take and pass on message. 接听、转接国内外客户电话,并转交至相关部门。
- Sending and receive fax, copy. Helping to accept delivery of mail/courier and keep record. 收发传真、快递,并做相关纪录。
- Responsible for company meeting room/car booking, staff business trip arrangement, including air ticket and hotel accommodation. 负责会议室/公司用车预定,公司人员商务旅行安排,酒店机票安排。
- Assist HR department to do some attendance record. 协助人力资源部记录考勤信息。
- Maintain the reception area in a tidy condition. 保持前台周边环境的整洁。
- Other job assigned by the manager. 经理安排的其他任务。
Requirements:
- Diploma or above. 中专以上学历。
- Fluent in English, both written and oral. 英文口语/书写流利。
- Have knowledge about the structure and culture of the multinational company. 了解外资企业的公司组织结构及文化。
- Good command of computer MS software. 良好的办公室电脑应用技巧。
- Detail-oriented, quick learning and excellent communicating skills. 细心的,快速学习能力强,具备优秀的个人沟通技巧。
- Excellent team spirit and willing to provide assistance. 优秀的团队合作和乐于提供服务的性格。
- Good looking and sweet voice. 相貌良好,声音甜美。
