Job Description:
This job is to be performed by a Sales Assistant who is responsible for assisting sales people in processing and confirming customer transactions and providing administrative support to sales people in the aspects of client development and service. The duties and responsibilities he/she is going to take this job include, but not limit to:
Collecting and recording market information;
Maintaining client databases and research lists;
Compiling statistical information;
Arranging and coordinating internal and external meeting;
Other administrative responsibilities as require
Core Qualification:
Education
College diploma or above;
Good command in Mandarin and English.
Skills and Abilities
Good communication and problem-solving skill;
Professional mannerism and proactive working attitude;
Good command in PC skills, Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Access;
Ability to work efficiently under pressure
Qualifications
At least two year experience in administrative position.
