Xtreme Programming is looking for an exceptional information architect/interaction designer to continue our vision of offering the simplest and most sophisticated internet based document printing and distribution service. The ideal candidate will be a practical-minded perfectionist with the ability to both create compelling concepts and work through complex details. We are looking for an experienced practitioner who can handle a range of project types from discovery to concept to design to writing. You will be responsible for the user experience and usability of the product. You should have extensive experience working in collaborative environments, integrating user-centered design, technology, and business strategy. You should enjoy working independently, taking initiative, and being innovative.
