Tasks  
Direct interface to customer (initial information, questions, etc.):
Technical interface between customer and product responsible
Be informed about all customer information exchange with BC Sha or SV CC
Take over full DF Nissan BCM and RKE Project Resident Engineering responsibility
Responsibility for all BC and RS products at those customers
Involve in all Development project (interface between customer and PL)
Interface between customer and SV CC and other BC production locations
Support with Customer Roadmap
Be informed about all commercial discussions including quotations
Deliver competitor information regularly
Provide regular customer satisfaction information
Visit Shanghai regularly (1 per month) to maintain technology and information link


Education Bachelors degree major in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent education background


Knowledge/Languages Vehicle architecture system knowledge
Vehicle testing and verification at customer
Product know-how of BC China focus products
 Profound understanding of SV development process
Profound understanding of customers development process
Fluent in Chinese
Good command of both written & oral English
 German will be an advantage


Experience Professional experience: practical working experience in related fields in Automotive Industry
Project / Process experience:
good understanding of project management techniques and tools
 Strong communication skills, flexibility and diplomacy
 Intercultural: Communication with Europe
