Shells focus in mainland China is to provide clean energy solutions that are sustainable over the long term, that support the countrys growth and help reduce environmental impacts.Responsibilities:Lead a team to support and achieve sales target within agreed expenses budget;Develop team by training and coaching, upgrade their MWO product knowledge and application expertise. Make sure individual personal development is well considered and supported;Support Marketing, and global team to make sure a competitive customer value proposition is developed and delivered appropriately through systematically monitoring Shell MWO product performance;Work closely with global technology team especially step
-out countries technology team to develop MWO technical service capabilities in China;Manage MWO technical knowledge by gathering and building up Shell MWO product, reference database and competitor MWO product database;Improve customer satisfaction through prompt to response to customer requirements including technical questioning and technical troubleshooting;Work with Cluster Technical Manager to make sure the alignment of standard workflow, formats, technical website, etc.Requirements:Bachelors degree or above, preferably from Chemistry background;Solid experience and knowledge in Metal working Oil (MWO) product application;Track record in delivering results and successfully leading a team;Strong presentation and influence skills;A good team player, and able to work under pressure;Experience in multinational company is an added advantage;Fluency in speaking and writing English.Application Deadline: Friday, June 22, 2007Before applying, you are advised to read our data protection policy.
