You will be part of small, dynamic, R&D team developing and supporting Agilent EEsofs market leading Device Modeling Software. As a member of this team you will use your experience and software knowledge to enhance the modeling platform architecture and user interface to meet the demanding requirements of world wide modeling/foundry engineers who are using our product to characterize and model next generation device processes/technology nodes.Primary roles and responsibilities include:
1. Work as a member of a global product development team
2. Design, develop, and deploy the software product according to project development plan
3. As an individual, deliver the commitments on time with the highest quality
4. As a member of the team, to be jointly accountable for effective and efficient interactions;
5. As a team, ship the project on schedule with high customer satisfaction;
6. Additional responsibilities but not limited to:a. Requirement analysis and algorithm designb. User Interface layer design and implementation c. Configuration management, software build and release controld. Process administration and quality assurance e. Test development, execution, and trackingEssential Qualifications:Masters Degree in Electronic Engineering, Computer Science, or other relevant specialties. Demonstrated strong proficiency with C/C++, Basic, and Fortran Programming and Development ToolsExperienced with Windows/Unix OS and Applications DevelopmentExperience with developing large scale software projectsDemonstrated strong English language skills both verbal and writtenDemonstrated strong initiative, ownership, communication and teamwork skillsAbility to work in a small, fast
-paced remote team environment.Working experience in CVS/ Rational Clearcase Knowledge of Rational Software tools like Rational Rose, Rational Purifier and Rational QuantifierPreferred Qualifications:Programming knowledge in Qt for user interface implementation.Familiarity with EDA Software Design and Modeling tools Experience with CMOS and Si semiconductor device models/modeling and measurements Experience with RF and Analog test instruments and measurementsKnowledge of RF/Microwave fundamentals
