Job Title: Customer Service RepresentativeResponsibilities:
1.Process ordering and release of the goods for customers;
2.Respond to customer inquires and ensure proper follow
-up and satisfactory solution to outstanding issues；
3.Work closely with Production department to follow the flow of goods’ manufacture;
4.Prepare written correspondence, reports and necessary documentation;
5.Utilize computer system to track status of customer orders;
6.Coordinate with shipping requirements, arrange for special transportation when required;
7.Follow
-up on deliveries and trace late deliveries.Qualifications:
1. Bachelor degree or above. Major in international trade preferred;
2. Good English in reading and writing;
3. Possess good knowledge in computer operation;
4. Good interpersonal communication skills;
