Responsibilities:Invoice verification against PO and GR documents for local PO, checking the validity of the documents and material number, cost center, etc.;Arrange payment for all local PO and ESF according to company’s payment regulation and input into SAP;Reconcile bank balance in booking with bank statement monthly. Prepare the reconciliation sheet for each bank account;Provide sub
-ledger of accounts payable and open items for each local vender;Monitor the prepayment to local vendors and settle the open item in time;Assist Purchasing department on accounts payables information for each local vendor and confirm balance with them.Requirements: College above majoring in Finance, Accounting or related majors;Proficiency in MS office and SAP accounting application;Good accounting knowledge in theory and practice, well know about related accounting regulations;Good spoken and written English;High sense of responsibility and motivation.
