Purpose & general responsibilities of the position:Maintain excellent and consistent performance and deliver the resultsTruly understand our customers both internally and externallyMonitor trucking suppliers to deliver high level trucking operationAssist team leader to ensure good performance of trucking operation teamSecure trucking operation excellenceSpecific responsibilities of the position:Trucking order handlingReceive trucking orders from CUS and check the related documents per IOP.Place trucking orders to suppliers via TMS and ensure the related documents have been passed. Make sure the trucking orders have been placed as planned.Receive trucking order amendment from CUS and ensure timely inform trucking suppliers.Monitor trucking suppliers and ensure punctuality. Inform CUS in case something unexpected happens.Collect container and seal no. via TMS and send to CUS in the stuffing day or requested providing time.Collect CLP from trucking suppliers the day after stuffing and send to CUS.Check port information the day after stuffing and make sure the data in CLP is the same as it is in CHUANK
A. If not, inform CUS. If amendment is necessary per CUS, inform trucking suppliers to amend with related documents provided by CUS.Give related documents to William(SGHLOGCARCOR) for him to ensure theLoading of the containers.Inform CUS in case some containers have not been loaded.GAIPEI handling.Actively and constructively assist team leader to establish operation KPI and use it as a measurement tool to monitor the daily performance of all trucking suppliers.Ensure all KPI have been recorded.Ensure all urgent requests from CUS are recorded and measured.Meet with CUS and COM of the performance review and complain from customers.Ensure timely feedback to complain and deliver solutions.
