Our company was set up in 1972 initially named as Yuh-Cheng Metal Corp. (YCMC), devoted substantial efforts to the refinement, R/D, manufacture and marketing on various precious metals and special metals. Besides, we have been in a critical position in the production and marketing for electronic materials. Through continuous innovation on product research &development as well as manufacturing process and quality control by our strong management team and well experienced engineers, our products have been positively recognized by our worldwide customers.

A new era has been brought to this company since 1994 when Yeh-Chiang Technology Corp. was founded as we have step into not only the production for various conductive pastes but also the manufacture for high-tech BGA solder ball, heat pipe and passive components such as MLCC and MLCI.

After more than 30-year cultivation, we have set up a landmark for our country in the technology development for electronics and telecommunication industries. Being a quality oriented company, we have been ISO-9002 and QS-9000 certified. In the recent years our company scale has been tremendously expanded. As a result, we currently own 5 factories in Youth Industry District , Taiwan and 3 factories in Mainland China, more than 29,120 square meters of land in Taiwan, 1,100 employees (2,000 employees worldwide) and 27.6 million US Dollar capital. Now Yeh-Ching Technology Corp. is the world top 1 heat pipe manufacturer and world top 2 BGA solder ball manufacturer.

3. 质量系统工程师（储备主管） 2 名

4. 可靠度工程师（FMEA） 2 名
