职位：前台
Vacancy position: Receptionist
Responsibilities:
1. Receiving and screening phone calls, fax and visits, hosting clients and guests;
2. Receiving and sending mails, courier, express;
3. Maintaining the reception area in a professional appearance;
4. Customer move-in/out procedures
5. Provide office management related support when requested
6. Other job assigned by department head and colleague
Requirements:
1.College degree or above
2.Passion with service and reception work, hospitality with customers
3.Some social activities or experience related to reception or service work are preferred but not limited
4.Good command of English on listening, speaking and writing
5.Work efficient and self-discipline; responsible, considerate
6.Good at communication and collaboration
7.Good teamwork; able to work under stress
8.Proficient with Microsoft Office Software like Word, Power Point, Excel and Outlook
9.Females with good manners are preferred
