Position

Consultant Assistant（顾问助理）
(对于没有任何工作经验的应聘者，这是一个进入猎头行业难得的机遇。此职位在入职时属非正式编制性质，但对于在工作期间表现优异的同事，公司会将其转为正式的顾问助理。)

主要工作职责
1)做好必要信息的收集工作
2)通过电话寻找合适的职位侯选人
3)与侯选人进行初步的电话沟通
4)安排顾问与侯选人的面试时间
5)做好公司系统的数据维护工作
6)做好其他所需完成的工作

候选人基本要求
1)本科以上学历
2)善于快速学习，具有团队合作精神
3)敏锐、有激情并敢于迎接挑战
4)有客户服务或销售相关工作经验优先
5)良好的沟通技巧与人际关系
6)英语、普通话流利
7)熟练操作电脑
