General InfoThe system engineer works in the System Administration team to provide support to the internal Windows servers and workstations. In this role, the system engineer should:旾nstalls, configures and maintains software and hardware of desktops/laptops and even servers.昉rovides resolution for desktop/laptop hardware, software, email, Web, Internet, Intranet and other related problems.昅anages hardware and software upgrade, also maintains server and desktop security through the timely application of patches昉erform basic hardware and software training to end
-user昉erform other related duties.The successful candidate will be better to have related working experience, preferably in an enterprise (50+ employees) environment and good experience with Microsoft Windows 2003 server and Exchange server. A graduate is also welcomed.Job Requirements Essential旴achelor抯 degree in computer science or related field.Desirable旼ood knowledge of Windows 2000, XP, email, Internet and related protocols. 昉roficient at Windows 2003 server, Exchange server administration and rich experience in DNS, Wins, DHCP, SMS and others.昐trong troubleshooting capability, able to identify and solve problem quickly.旳ble to learn fast旼ood in EnglishPersonal Qualities昉roactive and organised, with excellent time management and planning skills旳ble to work independently as well as in a team旳bility to work well under pressure旹xcellent communication skills
