Goals/Mission:
- Initial Assessment of all the Request for Change logged in the region Asia Pacific (AA).
- Coordination of the request for change all throughout the change implementation process
- Reconciliation with Business solution managers with Application Management Center Asia Australia (AMC AA) for decision.
- Support regional manager in process of decision making and seeking with case preparation.
- Preparation for periodic billing and seeking the customer approvals.
- Periodic reporting of the request for changes, and timely escalation of deviations.
- Manage customer transition during change implementation (process / cost clarifications, implementation, migration)
- Suggest improvements and implement approval
- Support existing customer and implement approval
- Co
-operation with Asia Pacific and global for change request processing and cost reconciliations
