- implement globally defined procedures into the existing process landscape at factories in Asia (mainly China and Korea)
- analyse existing factory specific business processes for possible conflictswith globally defined processes
- lead project teams for process implementation
- prepare training material and provide training for new business processes
- communicate with headquarter in Germany for definition of new processes
- monitor and report process implementation status
