Job Description
1.Provide technical support for users.
2.Responsiblity for threads Audit,reply and summarizing related questions.
3.Assist other tasks of the technical&market department.
4.Edit some technical support documents.
Education Required:
BS or above degree of Computer Science (or related major).
Technical Skills Required:
1.Basic knowledge of Microsoft PC applications.
2.Basic experience of webpage edit.
3.Basic knowledge of PC hardware and software support.
4.Basic knowledge of Network.
Additional general requirements:
1.Fluency in written and spoken English is mandatory.
2.Ability to write technical support documentation.
3.Good customer service attitude.
4.Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
