To manage all orders from sales team in Greater China regions, Responsible for all phases of order fulfillment from acceptance to completion (includes entering sales orders, documents approval & deposit; issuing purchase order; arrange shipment; preparing shipping documents; invoicing); ensure that all information is communicated efficiently & in timely basis
Frequent liaison with Sales, Finance, Shipping Logistics, Warehouse to ensure orders are booked, shipped, invoiced efficiently as per sales - customers expectation
Candidates Requisition
College Degree or above
Good English both in spoken & written
Detail Oriented with Patient characteristics
Proficient in using MS Office applications
Good team player, mature and able to structure and organize workload
Experience in similar position is an asset
