·协助产品开发工程师进行硅烷，硅树脂及特种化学品产品研究开发和技术支持，如硬涂层，离型剂，压敏胶，硅烷，硅树脂的制备，应用及相关测试实验。
·观察并记录相关实验数据，撰写相关实验报告及实验结果的简单分析及结论。
·维护实验室设备的正常运转，化学品的订购及安全。职位要求：
·高分子化学，精细化工，化学，或其它材料相关专业大专以上学历
·有相关工作经验优先；
·熟悉实验室一般设备及操作规程；
·工作积极主动，具良好团队意识及沟通能力；
·能够读懂英文资料及使用MS
