Job Responsibilities
- Maintain and manage companys workload status
- Maintain and manage the on
-boarding tracking report including internal staff transfer and external staff hiring
- Coordinate with department managers, HR and procurement on the on
-boarding data update
- Be the focal point of the resource deployment including the resource tools administration Job Requirements (skills/experiences)
1.Bachelor degree
2.Communicate by oral or written English very well.
3.Be very detail oriented, has sense of data and data analysis skill, good at MS Excel functions
4.Strong interpersonal skills and communication skills
5.Strong learning and innovation capability;
