A full service consultant you will be given early responsibility and client / candidate exposure. You will be responsible for placing candidates with a Banking & Investment background. Consultants are given early account responsibility and handle the whole process from client acquisition through to finalizing job offers. Antal provides many unique business development tools and has an impressive global client list from which to develop a personal portfolio. We work in teamwork and in disciplines, if your client has a need outside of Banking & Investment you refer this to the relevant consultant, likewise you will be referred finance projects from other consultants
Requirements,

We are looking for similar people to the above at all levels. Additionally you will probably have the following:
• Strong language and communication skill
• Strong interest or work experience in Banking sector
• Team approach and business oriented
