Job Scope:
1. Answer the call from our customers and handle customer technical inquiries and complaints;
2. Prepare technical manual;
3. Provide training and pre-sale support;
4. Provide other support service.
Requirements:
1、Must spoken Cantonese fulently;
2、Strong writing skills;
3、Be able to read and write English;
4、Need to be a very organised person: filing of information;
5、Have some understanding of garment business processes;
6、Experience of using computer systems at a garment company;
7、Effective communicate effectively with customers and technical staff
