A fortune 500 company needs 2 AP Associate in Accouting department for whole China entities:

Working Place: Beijing;

JOB PURPOSE:

(a) Processing Staff Expense Reimbursement/SP&A expenses in an effective and efficient manner.
(b) Ensure compliance with Group and PRC accounting standards and tax regulations.
(c) Ensure effective financial and business controls are in place to support business growth.
(d) Assist AP team leader to streamline operating process and improve work efficiency.

Principal Accountabilities:
a.Verification, authorization and monitoring of staff claim reports.
b.Validate and process SP&A expense in SAP system.
c.Register & reconcile inter group debit note.
d.Ensure staff claim are reviewed and parked into SAP system within timeline.

Competencies:

Good communication skill.
Good English both oral and written.
Strong understanding of Controls and Compliance.
Excellent administrative and secretarial skills.
Mature, able to handle requests and matters arising independently.
Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
1 year related working experience is preferred.
Graduate in Accounting, Finance or accouting related majors is also welcome
