Position Summary

The HW Design Engineer is responsible for all HW design related aspects of the electrical/ electronic components of HVAC modules/systems. He/she supports BHTC’s Project Development teams throughout all project phases from program acquisition to SOP.

硬件工程师负责汽车空调系统中与电子/电气相关的硬件设计工作。他/她在项目进行过程中，始终服务于开发团队，直至SOP的完成。

Key Responsibilities主要职能:

1.      Reviews, sorts and archives all HVAC module/system/ctrl. relevant design and test specifications submitted by the customer (quotation package).

对客户提出的有关汽车空调模块/空调系统/控制器的设计和测试规范进行研究、整理和归档。

2.      Generates BHTC’s component design specifications / technical descriptions, Engineering BoMs, identifies critical parameters to be taken in consideration during the component design phase.

       编写公司内部的元件设计规格，技术描述以及工程BOM表；同时负责在部件设计阶段对其关键性的参数进行考量

3.      Analyses, drafts, designs and documents circuitry of as well as defines interfaces between electric / electronic components of the HVAC system.

       对线路图进行分析、设计、起草和归档，同时根据汽车空调系统的功能，将各种电子/电气部件划分为不同的功能模块。

4.      Supports BHTC SW Application Engineering with preparing and conducting CWT / road / vehicle tests.

       通过准备和管理CWT/路试/车试，对应用工程师的工作提供必要的支持。

5.      Supports BHTC Test Engineering with generating DVP&Rs, test specifications, test plans, designing, building and troubleshooting test systems / devices ….

       通过完成编写DVP&Rs、测试规格、测试计划，设计测试系统，建立及调试测试仪器等，对测试工程师的工作提供必要的支持。

6.      Generates component DFMEAs (component level) + reviews them with BHTC Engineering / Quality and customer Engineering.

       在元器件的层面上编写元件的DFMEAs，一同工程、质量、及客户服务部门的工程师对其进行分析。

7.      Works with customer and BHTC Engineering through all product design phases. Supports them in achieving optimum component functionality at minimum cost.

8.      Attends customer meetings to represent BHTC’s technical position and to acquire important project information.

       帮助工程部和质量部完成部件整合的工作。

The HW Design Engineer is required to represent BHTC in front of the customer with all HW design related issues. Displaying a professional attitude especially in situations of high pressure as well as the ability of working independently are required capabilities of a person who fills this position.

The Mechanical Design Engineer is responsible for all mech. design related aspects of the electrical / electronic and mechanical components of HVAC modules/systems. He/she supports BHTC’s Project Development teams throughout all project phases from program acquisition to SOP.

Key Responsibilities主要职能:

3.       Analyses, drafts, generates and documents 2D-/3D-data (drawings / models) electric / electronic and mechanical components of the HVAC system.

       对2D/3D数模、电子电气元件和机械部件进行分析、设计、起草和归档。

4.       Supports BHTC Test Engineering with generating DVP&Rs, test specifications, test plans (tactile feeling, day / night design, …) troubleshooting test systems / devices ….

       通过完成编写DVP&Rs、测试规格、测试计划(触觉设计，白天/夜间设计)，调试测试仪器等，对测试工程师的工作提供必要的支持。

5.       Generates component DFMEAs (component level) + reviews them with BHTC Engineering / Quality and customer Engineering.

       在元器件的层面上编写元件的DFMEAs，一同工程、质量、及客户服务部门的工程技术人员对其进行分析

6.       Works with customer and BHTC Engineering through all product design phases. Supports them in achieving optimum component functionality at minimum cost.

Position Summary

职位概要:

The Validation/Test Engineer is responsible for all validation test related aspects of the electrical/ electronic components of HVAC modules/systems. He/she is re­quired to prepare and main­tain validation test specifi­ca­tions in cooperation with customer and BHTC Engineering. He/she iden­tifies, builds and maintains test equipment as well as runs and monitors tests and evaluates tests results. He/she supports the supplier’s Project Development teams during all pro­ject phases from pro­gram acqui­sition to SOP.

测试工程师负责空调系统中与电子/电气部件测试相关的工作。他与客户以及BHTC一起，准备并完善测试规格，确定、建立、维护测试设备，施行并监视测试过程，最后对测试结果进行评估。他/她在项目进行过程中，始终服务于开发团队，直至SOP的完成。

Key Responsibilities主要职能:

1.        Reviews, sorts and archives all HVAC module/system relevant electrical/mechanical/validation test … specifications submitted by the customer (quotation package).

2.        Identifies validation test and reliability requirements of the supplier’s electrical/electronic com­ponents of the HVAC module/system.

       确定元器件的测试要求及可靠性要求。

3.        Responsible for receiving customer approval for the supplier’s component DVP&Rs, test spe­ci­fications, test plans, ….

       负责接受关于供应商的对于元件的DVP&Rs，测试规格，测试计划等文件的认可。

4.        Identifies needed test capacity and cost.

       确认所需要的测试成本。

5.        Schedules and coordinates activities between customer/supplier internal and external (out­sourced) test facilities.  

       计划和协调客户供应商之间、内部外部之间关于测试设备的事宜。

6.        Writes test plans & reports and discusses them with the customer. If necessary – he/she supports Engineering/Quality with writing 8Ds and implementing corrective actions. Responsible for receiving cus­tomer approval for all test related documents.
