郑州宇通客车股份有限公司（以下简称“宇通公司”）是1993年在郑州客车厂的基础上成立的一家股份制公司。1997年5月，“宇通客车”（600066）在上海证券交易所挂牌上市，宇通公司成为国内首家上市的大客车生产企业，目前公司已发展为亚洲生产规模最大，工艺技术设备最先进的大中型客车生产企业，年产销12000余辆整车和6000辆客车专用底盘。

Zhengzhou Yutong Bus Co., Ltd (here in after referred to as “Yutong”) is joint-stock company founded on the basis of Zhengzhou Bus Factory in 1993.

In May 1997, “Yutong Bus”(600066) became a listed company in Shanghai Stock Exchange, being the first bus manufacturer listed in stock exchange market of China. At present, Yutong turned into the largest bus manufacturer with the most advanced equipment and technology in Asia. Yutong has manufactured and sold over 12000 buses and 6000 bus chassis per year.

Yutong is located in the south suburban district of Zhengzhou city, be part from the downtown only 5.3km, with the 107national highway in the east, and there are only 30km be part from the airport. Yutong covers an area of over 1,000,000 square meters with construction area of 350,000 square meters. Up to the end of 2004, the total capital stock of Yutong was 205,000,000 shares, and its total assets were over 2.3 bil. Yuan, the net assets were 1.1 bil. Yuan, the assets liabilities rate is 40%. Up to present from 1997, the per share earning ratio of Yutong exceeded 10% each year, Yutong was assessed as AAA credit grade by the Industrial and Commercial Bank of China, and identified as AAA enterprise by China Enterprise Imagery Committee.
