职责/Responsibilities:
1.与采购小组和项目小组密切合作，确保进出口以及物流程序的顺利进行/This position works closely with procurement and project team, ensure smooth handling of import and export as well as logistic procedures
2.与客户及有关权威机构共同处理进出口程序。发起并更新相关注册活动，按外部权威机构和公司内部部门要求保存文件/Handle import and export procedures with custom and other related authorities. Initiate and update relevant registration matters and keep documentations as required by external authorities and internal departments.
3.必要时确定和监控进出口事宜的外部服务提供方/Identify and supervise external service providers for import/export matter if necessary.
4.与财务部员工密切合作，处理外币和进出口税相关事宜/Handle foreign currency and import/export tax related matters via working closely with finance colleagues
5.基于项目要求组织并管理运输事宜/Organize and manage transportation matters based on project requirement
6.有效的进行内部、外部沟通从而密切监控进出口有关事宜的进展/Effectively communicate internally and externally to closely monitor the progress of import/export related matters要求/Requirement:要求有国际贸易或相关学位，有进口/出口相关证件者优先/A degree of international trading or related required. Certificate related to import/export preferred良好的英文口语和书写能力/Good command of oral and written English熟悉国际事务和相关政府法规/Familiar with international practice as well as related governmental regulation在加工业或制造界的进出口经验/Import/export experience in process industry or manufacturing environment具备良好的团队工作精神和沟通、合作技巧/Good team work spirit and strong communication and coordination skills
