Job Description:
1. Receiving the visitors from external organizations and Global/Regional visitors from internal companies and arranging for the meeting with the companys relevant personnel;
2. Extending calls, fax messages, mails and other materials from outside to the companys relevant personnel;
3. Helping with the colleagues travel arrangement, including the flight tickets and accommodation etc.;
4. Administrative support including purchasing and keeping stationary inventory control and filing etc..Requirement:
1. Fluent English, especially aural and oral English;
2. Excellent PC Skills such as Word, Power Point and Excel etc.;
3. Professional and patient attitude with excellent communication & interpersonal skill;
4. Positive attitude and high productivity for the work assigned.
