职位描述/要求: 任职要求:
1.口齿清晰,普通话标准,反应快.具有良好的电话沟通及语言表达能力.
2.具有良好的心理素质,乐观,自信.
3.具有强烈的工作责任心和工作热情,善与人交往及团队协作精神,工作积极主动、有耐心.
4.具有电话销售、客户服务、呼叫中心的相关经验优先考虑.
5.能够承受工作压力.
6.熟悉Windows操作系统.中文打字速度40以上. 工作职责:
1.以电话方式对现有或潜在客户进行访问和回访,协助公司完成销售任务.
2.处理顾客各类呼入需求,提供产品资料,处理订单,提供优质售后服务.
3.妥善处理顾客投诉,与顾客保持长期良好关系.
4.妥善管理客户资料.
5.根据公司要求进行问卷调查并记录有关信息。 Requirements:
1.Good verbal skills over the phone, including grammar and voice quality. Fluent Mandarin is a must, local dialect capability is a plus. English speaking is required by some multi
-national companies.
2.Nice characteristics being optimist, self
-confident and teamwork
-friendly.
3.Previous tele sales or customer service experience required.
4.Strong responsibility and being a team player.
5.Being able to handle pressure from the job.
6.Basic keyboard entry and retrieval skills are essential. Experience with Windows
-based applications a must. Experience with a computerized lead management system a plus, ability to type Chinese 40
-60 wpm. Responsibilities:
1.Call our exsiting and potential customers to achieve/exceed monthly sales targets.
2. Identify customer requirements; initiate and/or update systems to ensure successful order completion and service delivery
3.Handle customer complains, keep long term good relationship with our customers.
4.Maintain customer file.
5.Survey and keep record of relative information.
6.Pitch sales and up sales whenever possible.
