Main Responsibilities:
1.Assist in recruiting for manufacturing positions by conducting various stages of selections which involve liaising with the advertising agencies, screening the applications, scoring tests, coducting the first round interview and nominating suitable short-list candidates to hiring manager.
2.Assist in improving the Aptitude Test system
3.Assist in improving the JD system
4.Assist in improve the hiring of contract workers
5.Assist in developing potential candidate data pool
6.Complete other tasks assigned by manager
Major Requirements:
l.Bachelor degree, major in engineering is preferred
2.Proficient in computer skill
3.Fluent in English, CET6 is required
4.Have strong responsibility and work hard with passion
5.Good interpersonal and communication skills
6.Good self-learning capability
7.Willingness to travel
