Areas of Responsibility / 工作职责:
• Plan,control and coordinate production related materials to support manufacturing process
• Review and check accurate usage of production to prevent production shut down.
• Prepare and advise production line about missing parts, analyze shortage of parts according to production order, prepare shortage reports for buyers
• Follow up shortage reports and also material quality issues to ensure availability of parts.
• Follow up status of urgent parts with buyer and QC.
• Review and update the planning parameter in system.
• Control and minimize obsolete parts.
• Issue excess inventory list to management.
• Carry out, implement, maintain and improve ISO9000 quality system of the department;
• Implement the environment policy and related instruction;
• Attend environment training, and improve awareness and skill for environment precaution continuously.
• Any other tasks as and when assigned by the leader.
Requirement / Competencies / 要求 / 能力:
Education background / 教育背景
College or Above
Knowledge and skills need to own / 知识及能力要求
Practical ERP system operation and good planning concept
Working experiences / 工作经验
Over one year material planning experience in manufacturing
PC skills, if need / 计算机水平
Strong PC and ERP system skilled
Preferred personality / 性格要求
Responsible, earnest, self-motivated
Other demand / 其它要求
Good cooperation skill
