-Contact with clients for any queries arise from the test requisition;
-Coordinate with workgroups for matters related to test;
-Handle client enquires on test standard, procedures, results and charges within her capacity of understanding.Requirements:
-Bachelor degree, major in Textile Engineering will be preferred;
-CET
-4 or above, fluent in English;
-Be good at using office software;
-Have experience in Customer Service field is preferred;
-Good communication skill and can work under high pressure.
-If there is the need, this position need to be on night shift, 22:00
