Job description:
-Support a sales & marketing department exclusively
-Assist with trade show and event planning, creating or updating presentation software files, tracking budgets and expenses, and communicating with external creative service providers.
-Field telephone calls, receive and direct visitors, word processing, filing, and faxing.
-Translate, review, edit from English to Chinese and Chinese to English training materials, technical resource manuals, presentation slides, marketing information kits, and similar Fitness relating materials
-Draft sales related documents and maintain it.
-Assist sales managers to make project bidding plan.
-Use Auto
-CAD software to make floor plan for gym.Requirements:
-Welcome for fresh graduate, English relating Majors is a preference.
-Highly proficient in both written English and Chinese, have a flair for technical and business writing.
-Able to communicate with internal clients to understand requirements to ensure quality job.
-Attention to details and quality conscious.
-Extensive software skills are required, as well as Internet research abilities and strong communication skills.
-Scrupulous and patient working attitude required.
-Sales assistant experience preferred.
