To perform installations,modifications,preventive and corrective maintenance and repair service of Assembleon surface monunt equipment and associated peripherals at customer on-site locations.Trade show technical,setup and operational assistance.
Principal Responsibilities
Perform installations of Assembleon equipment at customer sites.
Povide on-site corrective and preventive maintenance for Assembleon equipment and associated peripheral equipment within assigned customer support territory and throughout the Americas,as needed.
Preventive maintenance includes corrective repairs of all mechanical and electrical portions of the equipment to component level if necessary.
Perform modifications and preventive maintenance as scheduled by the Field Service Supervisor.
Provide after hours stand-by support which will include the processing of after hours parts orders.
When in office assist with in house repairs.
Provide total account management for assigned accounts to include technical,training,and process information.
Adhere to the company Cultural Expectations.
Conduct all duties within company policy and the specific guidelines established in applicable quality procedures.
