As part of a Philips country organization, you’ll help ensure our business success in that country.

Reporting to our Regional Organizations, our country organizations support Philips’ Product Divisions and businesses at a local level. It’s a varied role. You may be involved in ensuring the alignment and smooth-running of our core corporate processes within the country where you work. Or in activities with national governments, institutions, media and the public, helping to create an environment where Philips can operate successfully. Or you may work on identifying new business opportunities, applying your understanding of local needs and lifestyles to help us grow important new markets.

Customer Support

Your Responsibilities:
- You will be the Talent Pool employee for Field Operation Engineering position.
- You will be trained both on-the-job and off-the-job about SMT industry, relevant funtions and jobs within 6-9 months.
- You will be selected to different jobs in China after the training, such as locate at Shanghai, Suzhou, Kunshan and Shenzhen, etc.
- You will be assigned to technical positions( will be assessed according to your performance during training period and your personal aspirations).

Your Profile:
- University students major in Electronic Engineering, Manufacturing and related disciplines.(Grade 4 or Grade 3 students).
- Energetic, team playing, good communication skills and good interpersonal skills and Good command of English.
- Willing to learn, discipline.
- Intern 6-9 months, 4-5 days works, on-site support and shift duty required.
