职位二：Linux/Unix Systems Programmer
Are you part ace coder, part adrenaline junkie? Do you have a knack for seeing a problem and immediately discerning the likely solution? Maybe you have been coding for years, are bored with the old design-build-review-test-ship-repeat routine, and yearn for some faster-paced challenges? Or perhaps you are a seasoned software engineer who is also a genius at jockeying networks and administering UNIX clusters.

Weare looking for seasoned Systems Programmers with hands-on experience in configuring systems and networks, to help with system and process automation. Members of our infrastructure team actively engage with many teams as they complete the design process, advising and assisting them in integrating their systems into our systems operations. Working with systems and network administrators, you will develop tools to automate processes. Youll be expected to plan and execute your own work assignments, with minimal supervision.

Requirements:
•BS in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
•2 - 6+ years of hands-on systems software development experience or equivalent experience in system administration in a Linux or Unix environment.
•3+ years developing web-based applications.
•Experienced system administrators with very strong scripting skills (Python, Perl, Ruby, bash) and automation experience.
•Fluency in C/C++ or Java development a plus
•Experience working with Agile Development methods (XP, SCRUM) a plus.
•Prior experience developing web applications or enterprise software systems is a plus.
•Good verbal and written communications, with the ability to rapidly learn and explain technical concepts.
•Initiative, leadership, and proven ability to work in a team.
•Expertise in data structures, algorithms, and complexity analysis.
•Ability to handle periodic on-call duty, as well as out-of-band requests.
•Tack-sharp analytical abilities.
•A strong sense of ownership, urgency, and drive.
•Fluent written communication and unusual verbal agility are strong assets.

We have multiple openings for talented and motivated software developers of all levels to work on exciting and challenging projects in Web search and services related technologies. The candidates will be collaborating closely with our researchers and developers from the Search team, responsible for the design, implementation, and quality release of features that will drastically enhance the Search family of products and platform.

The candidates must have demonstrated experience in designing and developing complex software products. Passion for innovation and exploring new techniques and solutions, strong problem solving, and solid design, coding, and debugging skills, excellent verbal and written communication skills are required. The candidates must also be great team players, customer focused and results driven. Knowledge and experiences in machine learning, information retrieval, data mining, and distributed systems are a plus. BS or MS in Computer Science or related field is required. Chinese language skill is a plus.
