国际节日合唱团招聘启事
Job Announcement

国际节日合唱团是北京的一个非赢利性音乐团体，由来自超过22个不同国家的爱乐人组成
。团员包括专业人士、外交官、老师和学生。在由志愿者组成的团委会组织领导下，合唱
团每年都在北京中山音乐堂举办三场大型音乐会。

招聘职位：国际节日合唱团管理委员（兼职）

Position: International Festival Chorus Administrator (Part-time)

以下是招聘细则：

Duties:

Document management: filing, document typing, meeting announcements, records
and publicity files, etc.

Day-to-day Chinese language business: concert hall liaison, manage Chinese se
rvice providers, etc.

Outreach Coordination: communication with and event management involving scho
ols and other partner organizations

Publicity: liaise with printers, concert hall and sponsors to ensure material
s are available and sent to appropriate person

Other Business: tickets, working with treasurer to ensure payments made, supp
orting Friends of IFC coordinator, supporting sponsorship meeting preparation
, etc.

Requirements:

Fluency in written/spoken English and Chinese
Ability to work independently and have flexible schedule
Must have access to computer and internet
Familiarity with use of Microsoft Office and some basic graphic software prog
rams

Start Date: Immediately
